EverGrace Gifts — Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at EverGrace Gifts. We hope you love every item you receive. Because many of our products are digital products and made-to-order products through print-on-demand partners, we have a few policies to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for you.


1. Return Eligibility

Most of our items are custom-printed and created on demand, so we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of the design or colors
  • Ordering by mistake

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

However, we gladly accept returns or issue replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Printing errors
  • Quality issues

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item + packaging

We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference.


3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong design, size, or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will quickly replace the item for you.


4. Exchanges

Because our products are printed on demand, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges for size changes, design swaps, or color changes.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued in cases where:

  • A replacement cannot be provided
  • The product is out of stock
  • There is a confirmed production issue
  • Your order was lost in transit

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • First, check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
  • If still missing, contact us, and we will assist with filing a claim or providing next steps.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.


7. Return Shipping

Because most items are custom-made, we do not accept physical returns unless we specifically request the item back.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions via email.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


 

10. Digital Products

  • All digital products, including planners, printables, templates, and other downloadable files, are non-physical and delivered immediately after purchase.
  • Once purchased, the product will be accessible via a download link sent to your email or available in your Shopify account.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that these products are digital and non-returnable.

 Refund Eligibility

While we do not typically offer refunds for digital products, we are committed to fair and compassionate customer service. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  1. Technical issues with the file – If you are unable to download your product due to a Shopify or file error, we will provide a replacement file or offer troubleshooting assistance.
  2. Accidental duplicate purchases – If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we can issue a refund upon verification.
  3. Unauthorized purchases or fraud – Refunds will be provided if you did not authorize the purchase.

We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Usage Policy

  • The purchase grants personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our digital files is strictly prohibited.
